Our approach to refunds, replacements and cancellations for custom products.

At PrintMere, your satisfaction matters. Because our products are custom-made to order, our refund and return policy is tailored to print-on-demand manufacturing. Please review the details below.

1. Custom-Made Products

Most of our items are produced specifically for you after you place your order. For this reason, we generally cannot accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection or change of mind.

2. Damaged, Defective or Misprinted Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or with a printing error on our part, we will gladly make it right. You may be eligible for a free reprint or a refund. To qualify:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

3. Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our side, we will correct it promptly with a replacement or refund.

4. Issues Caused by Submitted Designs

We print exactly what is approved at checkout. We are unable to offer refunds for errors in your submitted artwork, such as typos, low-resolution images or incorrect colors. We encourage you to review your proof carefully before confirming.

5. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Email contact@printmere.shop with your order number and details. Our support team will respond within one business day to guide you through the process.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

7. Cancellations

Because production can begin quickly, order changes or cancellations are only possible before an order enters production. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
