Production times, delivery estimates and everything about getting your order.

This Shipping Policy explains how PrintMere produces and delivers your custom orders. Because our products are made to order, total delivery time includes both production and shipping.

1. Production Time

Most orders enter production within 24 hours and are produced within 2–5 business days. Production time depends on the product type and order volume. Larger or corporate orders may require additional time, which we will communicate in advance.

2. Shipping Time

After production, estimated shipping times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada & Europe: 6–12 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing or peak seasons.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package to delivery.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, product type and order size. Any applicable rates are displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your package appears lost, contact us at contact@printmere.shop and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
